Vinificação: Barril Os sabores e aromas são voláteis, esterificados, Woody e poderoso. Feita a partir de vinhos das quintas Ramos Pinto localizados nas melhores áreas de Região Demarcada do Douro. 30 Anos é uma mistura feita a partir de vários vinhos do Porto que foram envelhecidos em cascos durante décadas nas caves Ramos Pinto em Vila Nova de Gaia.
Castas: Old Vines

Notas de prova: A cor tawny magnífico com tons de laranja. O fundo do copo é brilhante, com vestígios de fulvo Tem um aroma admiravelmente elegante. Na primeira, ele é quente e encantador. Aromas de baunilha e frutos secos e porcas aparecer imediatamente como resultado do seu processo de envelhecimento. Após a agitação do vidro, aromas de especiarias, como canela e cacau se tornar proeminente. Acetinada e de longa duração na boca. Uma amostra de nozes, tais como amendoeiras e avelã é seguido por uma frescura surpreendente e agradável produzida por sabores etéreos, culminando com um sabor de alcaçuz.

Conselhos de armazenar e servir: Servir entre 16 º e 18 º C. Guardar a garrafa de pé, em local fresco, seco e escuro.

Emparelhamento com comida: Servir no final de uma boa refeição, com café ou um bom charuto. Pode acompanhar uma sobremesa creme bávaro com nozes e manga.

Winemaking: Barrel-aged at our cellars, this wine is the result of the harmony between several wine varieties. The flavours and aromas are volatile, sterified, woody and powerful. Made from wines from the Ramos Pinto estates located in the best areas of the Demarcated Douro Region. 30 Anos is a blend made from several Port wines that have been aged in casks for decades at the Ramos Pinto cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia.
Grape Varieties: Old Vines

Tasting Notes: A magnificent tawny colour with orange tones. The bottom of the glass is bright, with traces of tawny-red that develop into a greenish halo characteristic of old cask-aged wines. It has an admirably elegant aroma. At first, it is warm and charming. Aromas of vanilla and dry fruit and nuts immediately appear as the result of its ageing process. Upon agitation of the glass, spicy aromas such as cinnamon and cocoa become prominent. Satiny and long-lasting in the mouth. A taste of nuts such as almond and hazelnut is followed by a surprising and pleasant freshness produced by ethereal flavours, culminating with a taste of liquorice.

Store and Serve Advices: Serve between 16º and 18º C. Store the bottle upright, in a cool, dry and dark place.

Food Pairing: Serve at the end of a good meal, with coffee or a good cigar. It can accompany a Bavarian cream dessert with nuts and mango.
