Considerada uma das mais magnificas propriedades do vale do Douro, a Quinta do Vesúvio é a última das grandes quintas na região que produz os seus vinhos do Porto exclusivamente pelo método da pisa em lagares de granito – uma tradição ininterrupta desde a construção da adega em 1827.

Este 2018 mostra cor opaca, carregada. Expressivos aromas de esteva e notas de chocolate preto e, depois, nova camada de frutos pretos exuberantes (amora e groselha preta). Incrível concentração. No paladar, belo equilíbrio conferido pela acidez bem definida que brilha e que complementa a impressionante estrutura com charme e elegância, compondo tudo na perfeição.

Considered one of the most magnificent properties in the Douro valley, Quinta do Vesúvio is the last of the large estates in the region that produces its Port wines exclusively by the stepping method in granite mills – an uninterrupted tradition since the construction of the winery in 1827 .

This 2018 shows opaque, charged color. Expressive aromas of rock rose and notes of dark chocolate and then a new layer of exuberant black fruits (blackberry and black currant). Incredible concentration. On the palate, beautiful balance given by the well-defined acidity that shines and that complements the impressive structure with charm and elegance, composing everything perfectly.
