Notas de prova: Muito fresco, fruta delicada intensa, belo equilíbrio, muito longo. Cheio na boca mas delicado ao mesmo tempo. Boa profundidade e volume.

Conselhos de armazenar e servir: Sirva à temperatura da adega (15/17°). A decantação é recomendada para separar o sedimento. Este vinho de cave amadurece ao longo dos anos e desenvolve uma complexa variedade de aromas. Você também pode apreciá-lo quando jovem para saborear a intensidade de sua fruta. É melhor bebido 4 a 40 anos após o engarrafamento. Beba em até 48 horas após a abertura.

Emparelhamento com comida: Particularmente agradável com uma sobremesa, com chocolate preto ou queijo. Também sozinho no final de uma refeição.

Tasting Notes: Very fresh, intense delicate fruit, lovely balance, very long. Full in mouth but delicate at the same time. Good depth and volume.

Store and Serve Advices: Serve at cellar temperature (15/17°). Decantation is recommended to separate the sediment. This cellar wine will mature over the years and develop a complex variety of aromas. You can also enjoy it when young to taste the intensity of its fruit. It is best drunk 4 to 40 years after bottling. Drink within 48 hours after opening.

Food Pairing: Particularly enjoyable with a dessert, with dark chocolate or cheese. Also on its own at the end of a meal.
