2000 Vintage Porto Poças 75cl

Vinho do Porto de uma só colheita, produzido apenas em anos de excecional qualidade. Envelhecido em vasilhas de carvalho, é engarrafado entre o segundo e o terceiro ano após a vindima. Durante o estágio em garrafa, vai gradualmente adquirindo o extraordinário estilo de um grande vinho de guarda.

Envelhecimento: Rigorosamente controlado, em cascos de carvalho, por sucessivas provas, até obter o certificado do Instituto do Vinho do Porto. «Vin de Garde» por excelência, prossegue o envelhecimento em garrafa durante longos anos até ao momento de ser consumido

Port only made on very exceptional years. Aged in oak barrels to mature it is bottled, without any filtration whatsoever, between the second and third year after the harvest. VINTAGE Ports will then mature in the bottle for many years and they will gradually achieve the outstanding style of a great wine.

Ageing: Matures in wooden vats, strictly controlled with successive tasting, until the approval by the IVDP

COLOUR: Full red
AROMA: Very rich and concentrated aromas of berry fruits
PALATE: Full-bodied and fruity, long aromatic persistence, strengthened by quality tannins. It shows a remarkable capacity to age in the bottle
