Cada ano revelam características especiais que estão em desenvolvimento, enquanto o envelhecimento nos cascos de madeira, por um período não inferior a 8 anos.

Notas de prova: Colheita apresenta uma cor tawny, toque suave na boca e um buquê de baunilha, mel e frutas secas.

Conselhos de armazenar e servir: Armazenar horizontalmente à ± 15 ° C, a temperatura constante. Melhor servido no 15 – 18 º C.

Winemaking: Porto Cálem Colheitas or Dated Ports are tawny Ports from a single year high quality crop such as 1961, 1988, 1989 e 1990, 1992 and 1994. Each year reveal special characteristics which are developing whilst ageing in the wood casks for a period not less than 8 years.
Grape Varieties: Old Vines

Tasting Notes: Colheita presents a tawny colour, smooth touch in the mouth and a bouquet of vanilla, honey and dried fruits.

Store and Serve Advices: Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 – 18ºC.

Food Pairing: Ready to serve single as the bottle is opened without need for decantation, are also ideal to go along with cakes and deserts.
