Vinificação: Os melhores cuvees são escolhidos para os portos de Colheita que foram amadurecidos durante pelo menos 7 anos em cascos de carvalho. Durante este período, o vinho é acumulado várias vezes. O engarrafamento é feito conforme necessário, mas o rótulo deve indicar a idade do vinho, o ano de engarrafamento e que o vinho foi amadurecido em madeira. Old Tawnies de um único ano, amadureceu em barrica por um período mínimo de 8 anos.
Castas: Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional

Notas de prova: Cor âmbar com um bouquet reminiscente de frutas secas e especiarias. Macio e aveludado na boca com um final persistente.

Conselhos de armazenar e servir: Servir a uma temperatura de 17 a 18ºC.

Emparelhamento com comida: Bom como aperitivo, com sobremesas, com queijo, com chocolates e também com um bom charuto.

Winemaking: The best cuvees are chosen for Colheita ports that have been matured for at least 7 years in oak casks. During this period the wine is racked several times. Bottling is made as required but the label must state the age of the wine, the bottling year and that the wine has been matured in wood. Old Tawnies from a single year, matured in cask for a minimum period of 8 years.
Grape Varieties: Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional

Tasting Notes: Amber colour with a bouquet reminiscent of dried fruits and spice. Soft and velvety on the palate with a lingering finish.

Store and Serve Advices: Serve at a temperature of 17 to 18ºC.

Food Pairing: Good as an aperitif, with desserts, with cheese, with chocolates and also with a good cigar.
