PROCESSO DE VINHOS: Vinho fermentado após desengace parcial em temperatura controlada (24-28ºC), quando deve atingir o valor desejado de doçura, a fermentação é interrompida pelo anúncio de conhaque; após um período de maturação em barricas de carvalho, nos armazéns de Vila Nova de Gaia; após a aprovação foi engarrafado entre o segundo e o terceiro ano.

WINEMAKING PROCESS: Wine fermented after partial destemming at controlled temperature (24-28ºC), when must reached the desired sweetness value, fermentation was interrupted by the ad of brandy; following a period of maturation in oak barrels, in the warehouses of Vila Nova de Gaia; after approval was then bottled between the second and third year.
