Vinificação: Vinho fermentado com caule parcial a temperatura controlada (24-28 º C) quando o mosto atinge o valor de doçura desejado, a fermentação é interrompida pela adição de conhaque (77%), posteriormente envelhecimento em carvalho, sendo engarrafado entre os 2º e 3º ano após a aprovação.
Castas: Old Vines

Notas de prova: Cor amarela amarelada. Caramelo e nozes no nariz. Corpo médio. Sabor maduro e antigo. Elegante e complexo, com um acabamento atraente e bom.

Conselhos de armazenar e servir: Servir à temperatura da adega (15/17 °). A decantação é recomendada para separar o sedimento. Este vinho da adega amadurece ao longo dos anos e desenvolve uma variedade complexa de aromas. Você também pode apreciá-lo quando jovem para provar a intensidade

Emparelhamento com comida: Particularmente agradável com uma sobremesa, com chocolate preto ou queijo. Também por si só no final de uma refeição.

Winemaking: Wine fermented with partial stalk at a controlled temperature (24-28 º C) when the wort reaches the value of sweetness desired, the fermentation is stopped by the addition of brandy (77%), later ageing in oak, being bottled up between the 2nd and 3rd year after approval.
Grape Varieties: Old Vines

Tasting Notes: Yellow tawny colour. Caramel and nuts in the nose. Medium body. Mature and old in flavour. Elegant and complex with an attractive and good finish.

Store and Serve Advices: Serve at cellar temperature (15/17°). Decantation is recommended to separate the sediment. This cellar wine will mature over the years and develop a complex variety of aromas. You can also enjoy it when young to taste the intensity of its fruit. It is best drunk 4 to 40 years after bottling. Drink within 48 hours after openning.

Food Pairing: Particularly enjoyable with a dessert, with dark chocolate or cheese. Also on its own at the end of a meal.
