Técnica de vinificação: em lagares com pisa a pé. Estágio de 24 anos em tóneis de madeira de castanho (engarrafado em 1984)

Notas de Prova
Cor – Aloirado dourado
Aromas – Muito complexos, especiarias finas da família das baunilhas, proveniente dos cascos onde envelheceu.
Sabor – Tem uma entrada muito macia, notando-se ainda a frescura do vinho (do ano de 1958), muito sedoso na boca com contacto muito subtil, mas espesso. Rico de aromas de envelhecimento complexos na boca, intensos e muito finos a serem bastante persistentes mesmo depois do vinho desaparecer da boca.

Technical Winemaking: In stone tanks with treading. Probation of 24 years in large casks of chustnut wood (bottled in 1984)

Tasting Notes
Color: Light golden
Aromas: Very complexs, fine spicies of the family of vanillas from the casks where they aged
Flavor: It was a very smooth entry in the mouth, still noting the freshness of wine (of the year 1958), very silky in the mouth with very subtle contact but dense. Rich of complexed aging in the mouth, intenses and very fine being very persistenteven after of the disapepear fine wine in the mouth

Note: it is a wine, that by its age (more 50 years old) should deserve that we “wait” for him in the glass to show its complexity of the aroma and in the mouth
