DESCRIÇÃO: Vinho alourado com rama esverdeada. Aroma com grande complexidade, onde a madeira está bem presente aliado a um elegante vinagrinho. Na boca é pujante, doce, com uma elegante acidez aliada ao vinagrinho, finalizando com um interminável final de boca.

PROCESSO DE VINIFICAÇÃO: Vinho fermentado em lagar de granito, quando o mosto atinge o valor de doçura pretendido, a fermentação é interrompida pela adição de aguardente (77%), estagiando posteriormente em madeira de carvalho durante um período mínimo de 7 anos, nos armazéns em Vila Nova de Gaia até ser engarrafado.1952 Colheita Port Messias 75cl

DESCRIPTION: Amber color with green hues. Aroma with great complexity, the wood is well present allied to an elegant “vinagrinho” and spices. In the mouth it is powerful, sweet, with an elegant acidity, that provides an endless finish.

WINEMAKING PROCESS: Wine fermented in granite stone lagares when must reached the desired sweetness value, fermentation was interrupted by the add of brandy(77%); ageing in oak wood barrels for a minimum period of seven years, in our warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia, till bottling.
