Vinificação: Pisada a pé no lagar. A fermentação deste vinho dura entre 4 e 5 dias e produz um excelente extrato.

Notas de prova:
Vermelho denso, quase impenetrável. Aroma fresco de cereja amarga, framboesa e groselha. Notas de rosa e menta fresca. Na boca é sério e complexo, revelando frutos pretos, pimenta e uma nota floral que lhe confere carácter. Muito boa estrutura de boca e taninos sedosos. Final fresco e aveludado.

Conselhos de armazenar e servir: Servir entre 18º a 22ºC.

Emparelhamento com comida: Após o jantar este vinho acompanha bem queijos como Serra, Gorgonzola, Stilton e Cabrales.

Winemaking: Trodden by foot in the lagar. Fermentation of this wine lasts between 4 and 5 days and produces an excellent extract.

Tasting Notes:
Dense, almost impenetrable red. Fresh aroma of bitter cherry, raspberry and red currant. Notes of rose and a fresh minty. In the mouth it is serious and complex, revealing black fruits, pepper and a floral note that gives it character. Very good structure of mouth and silky tannins. Fresh and velvety finish.

Store and Serve Advices: Serve between 18º to 22ºC.

Food Pairing: After dinner this wine goes well with cheese such as Serra, Gorgonzola, Stilton and Cabrales.
